Now and again i take that cigarette and light it up. I know it’s bad to smoke, what makes it worst, is that I usually do it just to get by some stress or feeling that I’m having. Which again, a bad idea. Instead, I should try and do something else to get pass that moment when I’m down…hmmm lets say a punching bag or something, just to get it all out.
If your in a similar situation, try doing something else, thats all i recommend. Not trying to tell you what to do, but, hey take it from me, a casual smoker.
